Anilsa R. Núñez is a seasoned leader, consultant, and educator with nearly three decades of experience across higher education, organizational leadership, and community-based work. Her career has been grounded in developing people, strengthening institutions, and helping organizations navigate growth, change, and complex leadership challenges with clarity and integrity.

 

Throughout her professional journey, Anilsa has served in senior leadership roles within colleges and universities, most recently as Assistant Vice President, advised student and organizational leaders, partnered with nonprofit and fraternal organizations, and facilitated leadership development initiatives for diverse audiences. Her work centers on values-based leadership, emotional intelligence, accountability, conflict resolution, strategic planning, project management and building cultures that support both performance and belonging.
